Let me introduce myself.

I’m Shiries Stahl (she/they), and I’m here to simplify your life—at least where managing your team is concerned.

Let’s clear up a common misconception: I’m not here to “police” your team, nor am I lacking personality, so you won’t need to worry about nodding off in meetings. I bring energy, expertise, and a fresh perspective on HR.

As the former HR Director for RC Maintenance Holdings, Inc., a $28 million company, I rebuilt the HR department from the ground up, implementing scalable structures to support growth and improve operational efficiency. Before that, I served as an HR Manager at a female-founded professional network for entrepreneurs, where I focused on equitable systems for startup environments. Because of this passion for equity, BRA Members, students, registered 501(c)(3) organizations, and certified women- and minority-owned businesses receive discounted services.

Here’s the rundown: working with me is smooth sailing 80% of the time, as I help you build processes that simplify daily operations. The other 20%? That’s where I push you to question assumptions and build a team that’s both productive and equitable. I excel at resolving current issues, but my true strength is in setting up systems to prevent them from happening in the first place.

With a Master’s in HR Management emphasizing Positive HR from Claremont Graduate University, I have both the education and real-world experience to help you go beyond merely “managing” issues. Together, we’ll leverage what’s already working, build on those strengths, and make your workplace extraordinary.

Let's collaborate to streamline your team management and transform your workplace into something not just functional, but truly extraordinary.
